  • The University of Nebraska at Omaha is sponsoring a swim event this Saturday, January 31. It is call "The Hour of Power Swim Challenge". According to the entry form that I have, NO meet day registrations will be allowed. If you are interested in this event, be sure to contact Eric Shanks as soon as possible. His e-mail address is eric_shanks@unomaha.edu. His phone number is 402-554-2223.You choose in advance to swim 50's or 100's or 200's repeats for 60 minutes.The cost is $10 to the general public, $2.50 for UNO students.
